Clients reviews about Bed Bugs Gone Heat Solutions

Bed Bugs Gone Heat Solutions did an excellent job eradicating our bed bug problem! After thoroughly researching heat treatments and looking at their website and Google Reviews, I knew right away that I wanted to use this company; however, I was located approximately 100 miles from their location. Regardless, I texted Ken and asked if they would come to Louisville, and he said yes! The next business day I spoke with Ken and he carefully answered all my questions. Upon the day of the treatment, he explained each step and they got to work. After 6 hours, my house, basement, garage, and car had been treated & they guaranteed their heat treatment. The final bill was reasonable for all they did plus their travel time. If I ever need heat treatment services again, I will contact Ken at Bed Bugs Gone Heat Solutions! Erik N. Feeling comfortable & relaxed again in our home and beds again! Because these guys worked their buts off doing a thorough job making sure the treatment reached every nook and cranny of our house. No sign of of any bugs after a week and the added effect on other pests and possible mold problems is an added benefit of this treatment. Some very minor warping of a few plastic items and the smoke detectors on the vaulted ceiling had to be replaced afterwards because of the heat rising to the highest points but definitely worth it. Ken even wanted to deduct money from the bill for it but I wouldn’t have it because they worked so hard to get the job done!! And all done at a very reasonable price compared to the big named companies. Honest & top notch good guys that guarantee their work. I highly recommend to solve this incredibly aggravating problem!!! ~ J J

When we decided to get it done, they got here really quick to get us next on the list. Big problem but took care of all the bugs immediately and haven't seen one all in one day. We are very happy and glad we decided to go with this company at a very reasonable price. Easily the best company for the price within a 200 mile radius. They left a very expensive non-toxic spray to prevent it from happening again and my wife has asthma and she has not had any problems whatsoever. They even sprayed our vehicles and wheelchair to make sure we were not carrying them anywhere and that they would be completely gone. We are very happy and recommend this company. ~ Andrew G

I had reached out in regards to several different things mainly for an inspection and just wow the owner Ken has been absolutely above and beyond on trying to help although it may not be bed bugs! The communication is absolutely amazing! The way he communicates is absolutely professional and the fact that he would even give his time with a busy schedule to even attempt to help is absolutely amazing! I appreciate all the effort and chance to try and help when he doesn’t have to! Would recommend his services times 1000! Keep being a great business owner! ~ K B

Update: it’s been a few months and still going strong. No sign of anything and it’s been so nice waking up bite free. What a feeling to know everything is gone and no embarrassment. Don’t hesitate to call these men, you won’t find a better service. I was very pleased to have called him. He kept me informed with everything that was happening. We had to do nothing as he did it all but the mess when you get home is overwhelming lol but so worth it. We are so ready to have our normal lives back, definitely give this guy a call and you won’t be disappointed. ~ Lanie P
